The UN member states’ Global Goals are the most ambitious agenda for sustainable development ever adopted by the world’s countries and exist to achieve four great things by 2030: End extreme poverty. To reduce inequalities and injustices in the world. To promote peace and justice. Solving the climate crisis. Through the Global Goals for Sustainable Development, this can become a reality.

At Padmax, our commitment to supporting the Global Goals is a central part of our business. We focus in particular on three areas that we consider to be of great importance in building a more sustainable future.

Padmax sees decent working conditions as a pillar of sustainable economic growth and an important force in promoting welfare on our planet. We strongly believe in protecting workers’ rights and actively contributing to the eradication of modern slavery, human trafficking and child labour.

Our ethical approach to business extends to being responsible for our suppliers and their working conditions. We have personal contact with our suppliers who are all within a 10 mile radius of our headquarters and production facilities. This enables us to ensure that decent working conditions are followed, and that every individual involved in our production chain is treated with dignity and respect.

We see our commitment to ensuring decent working conditions not only as a business obligation but also as a moral and social duty. By actively working towards these goals, we strive to be a positive force in creating a work environment that promotes dignity, justice and human rights for everyone involved in our business.

Sustainable consumption and production

Padmax strives to achieve sustainable development by redefining how we produce and consume goods and resources. We recognize that in order to minimize our ecological footprint, we must change our view of consumption and production.

Our products are part of this change – they are designed to extend shelf life and reduce waste. The Padmax VX2, for example, is designed with replaceable parts to extend product life and reduce the need to replace the entire unit. By integrating local manufacturers and choosing recycled materials, we strive to minimize our impact on the environment.

With Padmax VX2, we aim not only to offer high-performance products for the sport of padel, but also to extend the durability of padel courts.
